At Chal Shoes, every pair is handcrafted with care. Please review our shipping and exchange policy before placing your order.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Your first shipment is free across India.
  • In case of an exchange or additional shipment, shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer.
  • Delivery timelines range from 5–10 business days depending on your location and production lead time.

2. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange due to customs and cross-border logistics.
  • Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs clearance, port delays, and local taxes.
  • We will do our best to ship your order promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery within a fixed number of days.

3. Exchange Policy (India Only)

  • Exchanges are accepted for unworn and undamaged products.
  • Customers must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • All exchange-related shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for used or damaged items.
  • For Discounted Items, we do not offer exchange or return.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Chal Shoes, each pair is handcrafted with care and intention. Our commitment to sustainability means that many of our materials—especially upcycled ones—are unique and vary from pair to pair. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on any products once sold.
  • Please ensure you review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

2. Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

We offer exchanges for size-related issues within India, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must raise your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • First shipment is free. All subsequent exchange-related shipping (to and from) is to be borne by the customer.

3. Upcycled Materials & Handcrafted Nature

  • Due to the nature of upcycled materials, slight variations from product imagery are expected. No two pieces will be identical, but the style and quality will remain consistent.
  • Our shoes are made by hand, not machines. This may result in minor, natural differences in stitching or finish, which are not considered defects.

4. Discounted & Sale Items

  • All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Reason for exchange
  • Preferred new size
