Delivery of Products

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process, as long as it is within India (excluding Union Territories) or the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

An order becomes binding once the customer confirms it during the purchase process.

Upon verifying a successful transaction, Chal Shoes will proceed with delivery to the specified address, following the timeline outlined in our Shipping Policy. In any case, delivery will not exceed thirty (30) days from the order confirmation date.

Customers may track their orders if they opt for this service during checkout.

Delivery will be considered complete once the products have been made available to the customer.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all attempts fail, the products will be returned to Chal Shoes. In such a case, the customer must contact our customer service department to arrange a new delivery.

All product orders are subject to availability. If a selected product is unavailable, Chal Shoes will inform the customer and may offer a substitute of equal or higher quality. Alternatively, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We use standard EUR sizes to help you select the perfect fit. However, if you need a size exchange, you may return the product to us at:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and include the original box, packaging, and invoice. Please indicate your desired exchange size and style on the invoice. Alternatively, you may contact us at logistics@chalshoes.in for assistance.

  • Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size only.

  • If your preferred size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style of similar value.

No Exchange & No Returns on Sale Products

Products purchased at a sale price are not eligible for exchange or return.

International Orders: Refunds and exchanges are not available for international purchases.

Please Note: During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, shipments may experience delays. We assure you that we will make every effort to deliver your order as promptly as possible.
