Shipping policy
Delivery of Products
Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process, as long as it is within India (excluding Union Territories) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States with an added shipment price and duties.
An order becomes binding once the customer confirms it during the purchase process.
Upon verifying a successful transaction, Chal Shoes will proceed with delivery to the specified address, following the timeline outlined in our Shipping Policy. In any case, delivery will not exceed thirty (30) days from the order confirmation date.
Customers may track their orders if they opt for this service during checkout.
Delivery will be considered complete once the products have been made available to the customer.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all attempts fail, the products will be returned to Chal Shoes. In such a case, the customer must contact our customer service department to arrange a new delivery. After 3 attempts, extra edits will be chargeable.
All product orders are subject to availability. If a selected product is unavailable, Chal Shoes will inform the customer and may offer a substitute of equal or higher quality. Alternatively, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund as soon as possible.

Please Note- During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions, your shipment could get further delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Chal Shoes, each pair is handcrafted with care and intention. Our commitment to sustainability means that many of our materials—especially upcycled ones—are unique and vary from pair to pair. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds on any products once sold.

2. Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)
- We offer exchanges for size-related issues within India, subject to the following conditions:
- You must raise your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- First shipment is free. All subsequent exchange-related shipping (to and from) is to be borne by the customer.
3. Upcycled Materials & Handcrafted Nature
- Due to the nature of upcycled materials, slight variations from product imagery are expected. No two pieces will be identical, but the style and quality will remain consistent.

Our shoes are made by hand, not machines. This may result in minor, natural differences in stitching or finish, which are not considered defects.
4. Discounted & Sale Items
- All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
