The shoe was tight and even though I notified the team the following day, I got a response after one week. I started wearing the shoe in the hope that it will open up. But it has not. All in all, a very saddening and frustrating experience. i always want to support home grown brands with good aesthetic sense. But I’m afraid, there needs to be more alacrity in customer service.

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. I’m writing this review purely out of frustration and the complete lack of basic customer service.

I placed an order from their online store a few weeks ago. The fit was slightly loose, so I emailed them requesting an exchange. I had to chase them multiple times before anyone bothered to reply. When they finally did, they quoted ₹700 for an exchange—an absurd amount for a single pair of footwear and nearly 25% of the purchase price.

I immediately asked for a breakdown or justification for this charge. It’s now been six days with no response. I’ve called their store repeatedly only to hear the same flimsy excuses: “We’ve sent madam a reminder,” “Madam will get back to you,” but never an actual solution. They refuse to let you speak to anyone senior—apparently the entire business is run by just two people, which shows in their appalling efficiency.

Meanwhile, the shoes remain untouched in the original packaging—unworn, unused, and now a symbol of terrible customer service.

I genuinely believe in supporting women-led brands, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. When a brand charges a premium for its products, the least it can offer is professionalism and timely communication. Sadly, this store fails miserably on both counts.

Save yourself the hassle. Shop elsewhere.
