We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
As a small brand working with very limited margins, especially on a genuine leather shoe priced at approximately ₹2,000 and already offered at a discount, we’re unable to cover the additional shipping cost for a size exchange. However, we would be happy to accommodate the size change if you are willing to bear the shipping charges.
We would also like to clarify that the order was completed within our communicated production timeline. Since our shoes are made to order and were produced especially for you, we clearly mention a turnaround time of approximately 21 working days.
We genuinely value your feedback and hope we can resolve this in a way that works for both sides.
